Across the world, traditional, complementary, and integrative health (TCIH) is either the mainstay of health care delivery or serves as a complement to it. This webinar will explore the role of policy in shaping TCIH practice and service integration models by contrasting development in two world regions, and identify policy issues of national and international relevance that may inform the evolution of the TCIH field.
Webinar participants will gain a general understanding of the TCIH policy landscape in the US, and its coincidences and divergences with European and Latin American contexts. Special attention will be placed on identifying models exploring TCIH integration synergies within health care systems.
